How to Order

  • The most effective way to contact me is through email ([email protected])

  • Please be very specific with the references you provide. Images and colour keys are always better than walls of text for me.

  • I will not be doing any designing. If you do not have any concrete designs for any element of the character, please at least have a basic image board of how you want it to look.

  • Half payment is due up front, the rest is due when the sketch is complete and changes made until you are satisfied.

  • Small changes to the art will be unlimited in the sketch phase, limited to 2 small changes once the art is complete (unless I made mistakes). If more changes are required a small fee may be applicable.

  • Complete do overs of the art will be limited to 1 in the sketch phase, and not applicable once the art is complete. If you are not satisfied with the second redo a small fee may be applicable. If you wish to cancel the order at this point, no refund will be available.

  • Total refunds will be automatically issued if I cannot complete the work for whatever reason.

  • Total refunds are available if you want to cancel for whatever reason before any work has started.

  • If a sketch has been finished, there will be no refund of the first half of the payment.

  • If the art has been completed past the line art and you want to cancel, no refund will be available.

  • If the sketch has been completed, but line art not completed, and you want to cancel, only the second half of the payment will be refunded.

  • Works in Progress will come at the sketch and flat colour stages, unless specifically requested.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason.

  • Artwork is for personal use only. You, the client, may not resell or use the artwork for any commercial purposes (no NFTs, no marketing, no advertising).

  • You may not edit the artwork beyond resizing or cropping for thumbnails.

  • You may post the art to any site, with credit.

  • Payment is in USD only.

  • Artwork will not be started until payment is sent.

  • Please do not file a chargeback! Talk to me first to try to work something out. If you do not reach out and go through with the chargeback, you waive every right to the artwork, will be blacklisted, and publicly shamed.
